Our Vision Statement: The House of Hope will provide a safe and welcoming environment for homeless women with children. Our mothers will experience the unconventional love of God while learning to understand and overcome the causes of their homelessness, conquer their fears, grow in spirit and confidence, find joy and peace, and build stronger, healthier family relationships. Our women will be given the tools and encouragement necessary to become productive members of society through the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ and the loving ministry of our staff and volunteers.
The House of Hope Shelter is in Madison County, Illinois and services nine surrounding counties. This shelter exists to support women seeking the path from homelessness to a healthy, productive place in society. We believe that the restoration of individual relationships and relationships within the Body of Christ is key to growth and to solving homelessness.
